Covid 19

We would like to thank all our clients for their patience during this difficult time. Our phone system and internet connection were down for a week and are now back up and running on our backup internet system. We ask that you continue to bear with us as BT have a long list and we are a little way down at the present.

In line with directions from the British Equine Veterinary Association we are operating an emergency cover service only. All calls will be screened by our vets to enable them to make a clinical decision on who needs to be seen. This enables us to keep them and our clients as safe as possible from catching Covid 19. The office is being manned on a skeleton staff, one person per day. Please bear in mind that we are working under difficult conditions and constraints meaning that office staff are having to defer to the vets more than usual. They are not being difficult if asking more questions than usual, they are ensuring we can carry on and provide the best service we can under the circumstances. The office is open for collection of medication but we ask that you do not come in, your medication will be left inside a plastic box by the front door. If you need to come in to the office we will ask you to clean your hands using the wash provided and to keep contact with office staff to the minimum, if you are wanting to hand in insurance forms we ask you to call ahead an let us know then put in the box provided
